Highland Industrial Staffing is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician for a Lebanon, TN facility. This position will support all production/facility equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on all equipment and maintain the facility to be in excellent condition. The successful candidate must have a strong electrical background.

Position Summary:

• Complies with company standards and G.M.P. Policies
• Understands all maintenance forms (P.M. and Maintenance Repair)
• Knowledge of O.S.H.A. rules
• Knowledge of Control Voltage on equipment and panels
• Knowledge of Electrical 3-Phase and Single-Phase Power
• Knowledge of air compressors and pneumatic
• Knowledge of trouble shooting equipment
• Knowledge of power transmission (belts, pulleys, chain, sprockets, gears, gear boxes, motors, clutches and breaks, etc.)
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, and able to lift up to 100 lbs.

• Self-starter with minimal supervision
• Team player
• Flexible to work extended hours
• Detail oriented

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
• Use Ladders.
• Wear all required PPE.
• Walk, stand, sit, crawl, kneel, climb up to 10 hrs per day.
• Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather.
