 The Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibility is to provide customer service to both internal and external customers. They understand the wide variety of label solutions we provide and exhibit deep product expertise, highly responsive and professional communication, creative problem solving and effective coordination of internal resources to define and service our customers’ needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service which includes take customer orders, provide pricing information, perform consultative sales and monitor service on requests and shipments. Anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and solve problems by resolving customer issues competently and appropriately. Answer detailed customer questions, interpret customers’ specifications and provide technical product support. Provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers external as well as internal. Update customers as required via phone, email and web-based channels. Provide a high level of accuracy on order documentation. Suggest improvements to business processes and procedures when applicable to benefit the corporate goals as well as key stakeholders. Perform related duties as required.

Requirements:

Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Three plus years of related customer service work experience. High level interpersonal skills to build strong work relationships with internal and external customers. Detailed Oriented with demonstrated ability to multi-task. Proficient in MO and the ability to learn ERP software system. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
